How can I track my order? After shipping, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

Can I modify or cancel an order after placing it? You can request a modification or cancellation within 2 hours of purchase by writing to info@iaconomilano.com. After this period, the order may already be in processing, and it will not be possible to intervene.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.


🚚 Shipping

What are the delivery times? Shipments are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination:

  • Italy: 2–5 business days
  • Europe (EU): 2–5 business days
  • United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway: 3–5 business days
  • International (Rest of the world): 3–7 business days

Do you ship throughout Europe? Yes, we ship throughout the European Union and to other European countries. For non-EU destinations, please contact us before placing your order.

Temporarily, until further notice, we have suspended orders and shipments from European and international countries; they will be available as soon as possible.

The estimates for Europe and non-EU countries are indicative and will apply once shipments to these areas resume.

What happens if the package arrives damaged? Always inspect the package upon delivery. In case of shipping damage, please report it to us within 48 hours of receipt by sending photos of the product and packaging to info@iaconomilano.com. We will open a dispute with the courier.

What happens if I am not available for delivery? In case of failed delivery due to an incorrect address, refusal of the package, or unavailability, storage, return, and handling fees incurred by the courier may be charged. You will be informed by email before any charges.

How do I initiate a return? Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@iaconomilano.com. We will provide you with all return instructions.

Are return shipping costs covered by the customer? Yes, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

How quickly should I report a defective product? We invite you to report the defect within 8 days of receipt, attaching detailed photos of the damage to info@iaconomilano.com, to allow us to promptly initiate the procedure with our logistics partner. Under the Consumer Code, you are still entitled to a 24-month legal warranty.

How long does it take to receive a refund? Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be issued within 14 days via the original payment method. If you have not received your refund 15 days after approval, please contact us at info@iaconomilano.com.

Which items are not returnable? The following items are not returnable:

  • Custom-made, personalized, or special order products
  • Underwear and swimwear removed from their original packaging
  • Items that are not intact, lack tags, or have damaged packaging

Do returns from non-EU countries incur additional costs? Yes, for returns from non-EU countries (including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway), any Italian customs charges upon return of the goods (duties, VAT, customs fees, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a product non-conformity or a shipping error by Iacono Milano, for which the return customs charges will be our responsibility.
